Dear Richard et al,

This is a very emotional email to write for Katie and I, but in essence our family just wanted to thank you personally and all the team at Hudson Financial LLP. After receiving last week cleared funds from my claim with Legal and General, it has allowed our family to begin piecing back our lives from the past four months which have been extremely tough for us, with a bombardment of emotions whilst I underwent treatment for my Cancer.

We cannot begin to imagine what life would now be like if we had not taken out the retrospective insurance policies that you and your team professional put together for our family’s bespoke needs. The support we have received from Hudson Financial LLP was absolutely without question above and beyond, from compiling all the necessary documentation to the phone calls, visits and messages just to see how I’m doing, for me personally it has felt like having an extended family in support of my day to day life whilst in the midst of treatment, I certainly at no point did I worry about the handling of my claim as I knew you had it covered.

It is obviously a life changing sum of money which will allow financial stability for not just Katie and I, but our three very young boys well into to their futures. As you know we plan on using the insured amount to secure our property (what it was designed to do), which in turns allows me to focus on getting better, removing a huge amount of working life pressures and taking a holistic approach from hereon in (if i’m honest that will be hard for me, but living in Totnes I’m sure its influence of a zen style culture will works its magic).

We cannot thank you all enough and if you need me to shout from the rooftops about the importance of financial protection for other clients, particularly those with young family’s then you know my number and how to get hold of me.
